Elegant Kitchen Design sells granite, quartz, and marble countertops and all-wood cabinetry through our online store, shipped nationwide, and offers local delivery and professional installation services within the Denham Springs, Baton Rouge, Walker, Livingston, and greater Livingston Parish area.

2. Natural Stone Disclaimer

Granite, quartz, and marble are natural and engineered materials that vary in color, veining, and pattern. Slab photos and samples shown on our website or in our showroom are representative but may not perfectly match the specific slab used to fabricate your order. Variation in color and pattern is inherent to natural stone and is not considered a defect.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices listed on our website or provided in a quote are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed and paid for.
• Custom countertop orders are fabricated to the measurements and specifications provided or confirmed at the time of order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure measurements are accurate before fabrication begins.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of materials.

4. Payment

Full or partial payment, as specified at the time of order, is required before fabrication or shipment begins. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout or in our showroom. All payment information is processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Nationwide orders are shipped via freight carrier in accordance with our [Shipping Policy]. Local orders within our service area are delivered and installed directly by our team. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed; Elegant Kitchen Design is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Installation Services

Installation services are available only within our local service area and are performed by our own certified team. Customers arranging their own third-party installation for shipped orders do so at their own discretion, and Elegant Kitchen Design is not responsible for issues arising from third-party installation.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
